Fixoma LLC operates fixoma.co, an AI-powered home improvement platform that helps homeowners plan, manage, and execute repair and renovation projects. The platform may include AI-generated project guidance, workflow tools, document sharing, and introductions to contractors or experts when requested.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Fixoma. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account.

• Use the platform only for lawful home improvement, planning, and coordination purposes.
• Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or share.

You retain ownership of the images, project notes, files, and other materials you upload. You grant Fixoma a limited right to host, process, and use that content as needed to operate the platform, generate project plans, coordinate workflow activity, and provide support.

Fixoma outputs are provided for informational and workflow support purposes only. They are not professional engineering, construction, legal, insurance, or safety advice.

Users must exercise judgment, verify details independently, and engage licensed professionals where appropriate, especially for structural, electrical, plumbing, code-related, or safety-sensitive work.

Fixoma is a platform that helps organize projects and connect people when needed. Fixoma is not the performing contractor, and contractors or experts available through the platform are independent third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Fixoma does not guarantee licensing status, workmanship quality, project outcomes, availability, or response times of independent contractors or experts.

Some services may become paid over time. If Fixoma introduces paid plans, premium workflows, or transaction features, pricing and applicable billing terms will be disclosed clearly before you are charged.

If you opt in, you agree to receive transactional emails and SMS messages related to account activity, project progress, expert or contractor responses, reminders, and workflow coordination.

The Fixoma platform, software, branding, design, and platform content are owned by Fixoma LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform for unauthorized commercial use.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, or in violation of these terms.

Fixoma is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixoma LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixoma LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on platform content, AI outputs, or the acts or omissions of independent third parties.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fixoma LLC from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform, your uploaded content, your project decisions, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law rules.
